Purpose: to connect to a sound in the music and to mobilize your body.
First move: 1-2-3-Clap, 1-2-3-Clap-Clap. You’ll hear the claps in the music, it’s back and forth walk 3 clap once, walk 3 clap twice.
Be creative, use different levels, add turns, really gentle, relaxed but keeping it playful. Use your arms, even when you walk.
Second move: floaty arms, play with your levels, make it really yummy, add lots of breath to your movement, engage your whole body.
