First move: Walk 6 – Pose 2 – Intense focused walk and a freeze with strong power pose and look on your face. Change it up every time.
Be sure to look at each other!

Second move: Skip – standing tall and powerful, take a skip around the room, circling each other like you are preparing to fight!
Be sure to look over your shoulders and change directions often.

Third move: Warrior Slow Moves Low – Stop OTS and sink lower to travel very slowly, keeping your eye focus directed at something, looking around, changing body positions and using this as a stretch as well.
Explore the possibilities very slowly and you can add push ups too!
