Focus: External
Purpose: to warm-up or recover in a yummy way and adding movement to your spine.

First move: Twist. Get your participants to bend their knees and relax the shoulders, stick the butt out and wiggle it from side to side. Twist it, yummy and feel good. Relax your body into it and dance your twist.
Your whole body is moving from head to toes. Make it feel yummy twisting and getting movement into your spine.

Second move: Poses and shimmy. Pose and add that cute relaxed shimmy to it.
Swingy, jazzy shimmy.

Third move: 1-2-123. Change to a peppy swingy 1-2-123.
