Focus: Internal/External
Purpose: To warm up and/ or cool down the body and be playful with rhythms

First move: 3-Reaches 3-Walks – gentle arm reaches for 3 using the whole body and then travel 3 steps. Get creative in our directions and the ways in which you do these reaches!

Second move: Waltz – There is a nice down, up, up flow to this music. Be sure the arms are involved and that you are twirling around the space and around each other.
Sometimes you will hear the transition for the waltz a little earlier than I indicated, no worries, you can do it there too.

Third move: Standing Stillness – just stop OTS, allow them to be still, maybe even place their hands on their hearts and just BE LOVE!

Fourth move: Walk – there is a break at 2:21 where you just follow the lyrics and dance your walks expressing fully.
