Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: Yes (run and pose and Charleston if needed)
Focus: External
Purpose: Drama, acting, cardio, balance, interaction

First move: The first move is a Charleston. Get them to pick their intensity, and then add cute style with their hands and shoulders. Once they are comfortable, you can get them to face a different wall every time they go forward.

There is a break in the middle of the song with a long Charleston. Get them to make it small and breathe. Ask them to style it like a cute old man. As the music builds, you can ask them to make it a bit more intense.

Second move: The second move is “Run for 4 and pose on one leg”. Try to get them to challenge themselves on the pose and hold it. Tell them to do something different every time and make it interesting. After four times, add a bounce on the pose (with the banjo in the music). When you come back to it, you can ask them to add more hands and a face expression.

Third move: The third move is Skip for 4 and Dance for 4. Get them to use their hands and relax their head when they dance. They can dance with other people. It does not have to be serious. When you come back to this move, offer them direction cues like sideways and backwards, or turn with it.
