I crack out on this one right now, great house tune, make sure you’re checking the style video on house again, never hurts.

First move: Claps, start with a clap to the beat.

Second move: at 0:15, get into a dance walk, really dance that walk and keep clapping, you can still hear it in the music.

Thrid move: Then stay on the spot when it gets faster and make a knee run, add your arms when it gets really fast, get all that energy
into your body.

Forth move: Then here’s a groove-out, but I also like telling people it’s a 1-2-123 or 1-2-arms-and-arms, to make it easier and give
them something to hold on to.
If you have frequent groovers, they won’t really need that, they’ll just go off and play with that groove-out.
