Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: Yes, but only the power in the song, and if you are going to do the 1-2-123 rhythm as opposed to the single single double.
Focus: external
Purpose: this is a warrior song, full of power and intensity in every cell of your body
Pre-Teach: The song is very powerful and intense, almost warrior like – let them feel it with every cell of their body.
First Move: Start with a power pose (in a circle during personal grooves – in front of the screen when online) lift your arms up to the “hey-hey-ho” (you might encourage them to sing it too).
Second Move: When the beat kicks in, it’s a single single double heavy stomp, intense. Get them to bend the knees and really put power into their step.
You may encourage your participants to connect to the singing “hey-ho” if you want.
Middle Pause: In the middle, get them to show you a power pose with a big deep breath (or to the screen) Back to heavy stomp single single double add the singing again and end with the best power-warrior-pose.
Transitions:
0:00 power pose and lift your arms to the “hey-hey-ho” (option sing it)
0:14 single single double heavy stomps with accenting arms
0:42 add singing hey-hey-ho
1:09 power pose and lift your arms
1:22 single single double heavy stomps with accenting arms
1:36 add singing hey-hey-ho
2:06 end with a power-warrior-pose
