First move: Slow, Quick, Quick. We’ll be light and soft. Just start on the spot by letting your arms flow. Gently, but with some confidence. Elegance. Can you add grace to those gentle arm movements? Let those arm movements flow from one into another without stopping. This song has one rhythm throughout. Together, go Slow, Quick, Quick. Slow, Quick, Quick. Really emphasize the slow. Once you feel that Slow, Quick Quick, you can start to travel. Turn it into a beautiful, soft, meditation. Explore levels. Be delicate. Take your time. Changing shapes with your arms. Give yourself permission to let your head and spine move with your arms. Keep repeating this rhythm over and over. As softly and gently as you can. Let it feel good. Your way is the right way. Do it the way the music inspires you, put your style into it and do it your way. Explore all your directions and levels. You can use your whole body on the slow, creating beautiful shapes that move.
