Purpose: To increase heart rate
First move is single punches to the beat. Start OTS but tell them pretty soon to punch everywhere around their body and to lift up their feet and dance your punches, move your whole body.
You can always mix up the rhythm with the punches, add doubles, single-single-double-punches.
Second move freeze and relax for a moment, tell them to listen to the distinct beat. Soft punches to that distinct beat, listen to the sound, soft punch to that beat, but punch in different directions.
The music gets harder, ask for harder punches.
Third move lift your arms up and shake your hands, shake is coming from your wrists.
The arm movement is up to down. So every time that fast beat starts, start with your arms up and go down to the floor, fast up with your arms and shaky hands to the floor, this repeats a couple of times until you freeze.
Have fun, it looks amazing with finger lights, but its great fun without as well!
