Feel how powerful and confident you can be. Show me your passion as you make beautiful shapes with your arms. Explore levels and directions. Remember there is space below you, behind you and above you. Soft and gentle arms flowing. You can also add some drama. Breathe with your arm movements, framing your body in the most beautiful ways. Flowing, dramatic, soft arms. Move your arms with confidence, chin up, chest open. Amaze yourself with your elegance.
