Purpose: To warm up the body
Let your participants know that we’ll start with circulating body parts but will move into a slow-quick-quick at some point.
First move: Circle body parts. When the music starts, invite your participants to gently sway from side to side, nothing big, just get into the music. Add lots of breath.
When you feel inspired by the music, start circling body parts. We are warming up our body. Make it feel good, soft and gentle circle of your body.
Get your whole body involved, infuse your movement with your breath.
Second move, slow-quick-quick. The music gets into a rhythm and becomes more powerful, change of moves, get into a travel pattern of a slow-quick-quick. Really heavy and with so much passion.
Express that slow with your arms, power with the music. Add directional changes.
The music breaks and gets softer, OTS circle body parts until the music picks up its power again when you count everyone back into the slow-quick-quick.
Drama and passion, but still elegance with it. Let the music inspire you how you move.
At the end it gets softer again, you go back to the OTS circle body parts or soft movements with your arms.|
