Purpose: To work on lower body stability and balance
First move: Play the piano with your toes. Start with one foot. Play the piano on the floor. Change your foot.
Play with where you touch your foot on the floor. Change. Crossing over. Behind you. Show me how you play with your big toe.
Can you make a little pose when you change feet? Show me how you dance it. Play with your balance. A little elegance.
Let that big toe dance all around you. Close to you. Far away.
Get your arms in the dance too. See if you can touch your foot in a new spot every time.
Second move: Pose & wiggle. Give it a little bounce.
Third move: 1-2-3-kick. A little jazzy feel. Light. Nice and easy. Gentle. Kick in different directions.
