First move: Lift and Lower Arms. On the spot, slowly start to lift your arms. Delicately and softly, let them come down. On your own, start to lift and lower your arms. Explore your levels. Really breathe big and open. Now find beautiful ways to lift into your breath and lower down. Bring your whole body into that lifting and lowering, keeping it soft and gentle. Turn it into a soft dance. Allow your spine and your head to move. Explore your directions and the space all around your body. All is love. Keep it soft, fluid, and gentle. Can you make it a little different each time? Keep your chest open and lifted as you breathe. Relax through your movement, letting your body slowly open up. Can you decorate your body with your arms and fingers?
