Pre-Teach: yes
Focus: external
Purpose: To lubricate hips and mobilize lower back.

Pre-teach: “Every inch of you is perfect from the bottom to the top.” Try it with me. You’ll reach to the floor as low as you can, then slide your hands up your body, ending in a sassy/sexy pose with your arms overhead.
The other move to pre-teach is the booty wiggle. Stand with your feet apart and just bend one knee, then the other quickly to get the booty to wiggle.

First move: Hip side to side (toe tap) – Its all about that bass baby, so bend your knees and stick your booty out. Really get down in it, show me that bass. Do it with sass and confidence. Add your style and personality. Can you change your direction, maybe go backwards? But make it all about your booty. Add some sassy swanky arms with your booty.
Your toe will tap as you do this. Dance it your way.

Second move: Step and kick. Now step and kick, all directions, and put some confidence in your face. See if you can add your arms, a little jazzy hands too. With Style! Dance your kick with your whole body. Attitude and pizazz.
On the second part you make these a little bigger and more energetic (the music will tell you). Bluesy and jazzy throughout. Follow the intensity of the music. Over the top style.

Third move: Down and up the body: Reach down as low as you can, then touch your body all the way up and above your head “every inch of you is perfect from the bottom to the top”. Really stick your booty out when you go down. Don’t be afraid to touch yourself, let it come up your body. Do it a little differently each time.

Fourth move: Booty wiggle. Legs a little apart, bend your knees then just do a little run in the knees without moving the feet so it makes your cute booty wiggle, but dance it with your arms and upper body. Sassy arms and hands. Show me your booty.
