This is an energetic song so put this song in the middle of your class so your participants are fully warmed up.
It’s helpful to go over the rhythm pattern with them before you start the music (Slow-Slow-Quick-Quick-Quick-Quick).
There are a few pauses in the music where you can just do a little exhale and release.
First move: Arm pump. Alternate hands whenever you want to, but show me how to get your club on! Playing with levels.
Pumping into a different place every time.
Second move: Slow-Slow-Quick-Quick-Quick-Quick. (When everyone is successful, you don’t have to say the rhythm any longer). Add some expression.
Maybe even be a little dramatic. Travel all directions. Start adding your arms. You can’t get it wrong.
Third move: Fast feet. Let your booty shake.
Fourth move: jump & dance. Get as wild and crazy as you can! Show me how you have a party in your body! DANCE it out!
Let’s see some hair dancing. Whole body moving.
