Pre-Teach: No
Focus: External
Purpose: To get all body parts dancing and elevate heart rate, to get everyone comfortable dancing in different ways

First move: Dance Walk: Put the beat in your feet and dance your walk around the room.
Put your style and personality in it. (if you use this song as your first song – invite them to dance in a way that gets their body warmed up and feeling good.
Invite them to dance around each other). Explore the whole room, all your directions. Even get your head moving with your body.
Remind them they can’t get it wrong, encourage them to use different directions and to dance in different ways. Have a party in your body- let your whole body dance. Get really fun and dancy with it, attitude and confidence. Can bring some more playfulness and dancing with people if they want to.
If you are zoom, you can have them wave and interact as they walk past the camera.

Second move: Boogie on the spot: Play with your boogie, stick your butt out and boogie oogie with it. Get your whole dance involved.
Change direction each time, show somebody your butt wiggle.
Play with it, make it feel good, put a smile on that boogie.

Third Move: butt dance breakdown- dip it, OTS, focus on the allowing the butt to dance! It’s Yours!
Go for it however it works for you. bend the knees and do your butt dance,
Zoom: if you are on zoom, this is where you want them to dance with the camera and do their boogie oogie with someone on the screen.

Fourth Move: slow walk: still with cool confidence, this is just a little recovery until you go back into your tempo dance walk. Just follow the music.

Note: if it so aligns you can even call out the same parts that he says in the song- for example work them hips etc.
