Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: Yes – jump and rhythm claps
Focus: External
Purpose: To warm up the body and explore sound-play

First move: jump and rhythm claps – take one jump and do 2 clap patterns, quick-quick-slow, quick-quick-slow. Take the hands in different places each time.
This goes right with the music. Explore all the possibilities. They could even meet up with someone in their jump and claps closer to each other! Yes, this will be challenging for the brain AND good for it too!

Second move: walk – keep this low with lots of deep energy. Head dancing, shoulders shimmy, facial expressions. Attitude is ‘Ain’t nothing wrong with that”!!

Third move: shake and shimmy – This shake and shimmy does happen during the walk sections but there is one section dedicated to really getting into it!
Feel the deep vibes of the song, the instruments, etc.
