Purpose: To warm up or cool down the body
First move: Slide-tap. Connect them to the rhythm and make sure you really take your time and don’t go too fast. It’s soft, gentle and soulful. Encourage them to sing along if they know it. No one cares what it sounds like!
Explore the space with the slide-tap and inspire them to add a soft bounce in the move to connect it to the music. The whole body is relaxed.
Allow arms, head and upper body to dance it as well.
Second move: Butt wiggle OTS. Tell people to stay OTS, soft knees and feet apart, and softly wiggle the butt side to side.
Nothing sexy or big in this move. It’s soulful and internal. You can invite people to close the eyes if they want. Adding turns, or traveling backwards or sideways.
