Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: No Focus: Internal Purpose: Stretch and connect to breath Sequence: This is a continuous yoga flow you’ll do with the kids so you’re instructing the whole time. I usually get through 1 full flow because I move really slow and get them to take deep breaths in certain positions.

First get them to stand tall in mountain pose. Count the breaths for them in and out. Then begin with an inhale arms up, exhale forward fold. Inhale halfway lift stretch out the hamstrings and relax and then relax the head down in a forward fold. Stay for a few breaths. Inhale place hand on the floor and crawl forward stay in a plank for a few breaths. Exhale melt down to the ground. Stay for a few breaths Inhale up dog or cobra, stay for a few breaths Exhale into childs pose. Relax there for a few breaths. Inhale into downward dog and stay there for a couple breaths and play in your down dog. Walk your hands back to your legs and hang out in a forward fold. Stretch your hamstrings, back of your legs. Slowly roll up having your head be the last thing. Stand in mountain pose for a few breaths in you have tie. Enjoy!

Transitions: No transitions, only one movement
