First move: Snap. Gentle. All around your body. Use your whole body while you snap. Feel free to travel. Relaxed. Where haven’t you snapped? Easy and soft.
What’s possible with the snap? Start to extend your arms with the snap. Big deep breath.
Second move: Shuffle. 123-123. Soft light arms. Put some pep in your step. Explore the whole room. Where haven’t you been. How can you get there creatively? Play. Some energy.
Around and through each other. Use up the space. Smile. Happier New Year. Light.
