Pre-Teach: Demonstrate the Step-touch 2 / Dance 4 – have them do it with you.
First Move: OTS bounce on heels: Stand on the spot and gently bounce up and down on your heels. As you do, relax and let everything jiggle.
Second Move: Walk. This is a country style walk, light and happy, with swinging arms. Walk with confidence, exploring directions and levels. When you walk by someone, can you look them in the eye and smile? Head held high. Chest up. Sing It if you know it. Upbeat. Light. Keep that country style going. Every now and then, you might try a turn. Backwards. Walk to a new space in the room. Can you add your style and personality?
Third Move: Step touch 2 – Dance 4 (or dance walk 4). Step touch, step touch, dance 2, 3, 4. Can you dance differently each time? How do your arms want to dance? Is your whole body dancing? Wiggle your bum a bit. Show me how unique you can be! Try bending those knees and see what happens. Anything is possible. Just dance it your way.
Fourth Move: OTS Fast Feet Raising Arms. Fast, fast, fast in the feet. Now add crazy arms! YES!
