First move: doll dancing – stand confident while moving gently at various joints and body parts. Keep it soft and sharp, using your head, focus, lower and upper body, plus all levels!
Lots of time to really explore and do it different EVERY time.
Second move: double down – this is powerful and low in the legs. The arms are expressive like you are talking with them.
Get your class to say “I WANT IT, I GOT IT, etc…” using their voices and their bodies in a very confident way. Say it with their bodies to each other as they walk by.
